Radial nerve: arcade of Frohse and superficial branch
The deep branch of the radial nerve can be compressed as it enters supinator beneath the arcade of Frohse, and its sensory superficial branch in the distal forearm. This page brings both sites together with their anatomical plate and references. ULNT2b is the neurodynamic test that loads it.
Entry to supinator · arcade of Frohse

The deep branch of the radial nerve enters supinator beneath its proximal edge, called the arcade of Frohse when it is tendinous. It is a described site of compression. Radial tunnel pain should be distinguished from the motor deficit of posterior interosseous nerve syndrome.

Superficial branch · distal forearm

The superficial branch becomes subcutaneous in the distal forearm, near brachioradialis and extensor carpi radialis longus. Its exposure makes it vulnerable to external pressure and scars. Wartenberg's neuropathy affects this sensory branch and does not in itself imply paralysis of the extensors.
